Updates about the work on the Accreditation Process

Dear Parents,
I just want to take this opportunity to thank you for your understanding and positive approach in coping with the changes that have occurred due to the COVID-19 pandemic that has dominated our everyday life, having its huge impacts on health, families, economy and society structure.
Consequently, this situation resulted in school closing after February 29, 2020, which was the last day at school before the lockdown period that lasted for months before the school staff reported physically to school. Thus, it affected the pace of work, in general, and the accreditation process, in particular, the main goal of which is seeking school growth and improvement.
First of all, on February 22, 2020, MSA-CESS organization approved of the three objectives set for school improvement; the objectives were based on the data collected through surveys from the community stakeholders: parents, students and school staff. All the data was presented in the self-study.
The objectives addressed the following three areas:
  1. Mathematics
  2. Sciences
  3. Professional development
The school will work on the three objectives which are included in the school plan for Growth and Development. This task requires that teams be formed to work on developing action plans for the set objectives.
Also, the accreditation team visit was scheduled to take place in Fall 2020, but it was postponed till Spring 2021, which was very normal in such exceptional circumstances everywhere, especially in Lebanon.
The school will keep you updated about the progress of work pertaining to the accreditation process, which the school has sought as a means for growth and improvement.

Thank you for your support.

All the best,
